Education & Workplace Discrimination

What constitutes discrimination in the educational and workplace settings? If you believe you’ve been discriminated against, who can you contact to file a complaint? As an employer or education provider, who can you contact for information and assistance, and what can you do to protect yourself against complaints? This session will focus on answers to these questions and include highlights of recent cases that illustrate current interpretations of discrimination law.
