Moving up the Ladder: Education and Training for TANF Recipients

This session will focus on the program pieces necessary for TANF recipients to get the education and training needed to attain family-supporting employment. We will look at best practices in education and training from across the country, as well as what the research says about how to help low-income individuals advance in the labor market.
