Dr. Karon J. Rosa, with over 30 years of educational experience, now serves as the program director for the Arkansas Career Pathways Initiative (CPI).  The initiative serves TANF-eligible students at Arkansas two-year colleges.  The initiate, administered by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education serves students with employability and education programs at 25 sites in Arkansas. Dr. Rosa holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education and a doctorate in higher education administration.
