Designated Hotel - Hard Rock Hotel and Casino:  Mention that you are attending the CTEEC Conference to get special room rate of $81.00, single or double per night.   
 

The hotel reservations can be made by calling (918) 384-7800.  Reservations must be made on or before September 3, 2014.

 

Cancellations:  A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for all registration refunds requested in writing and postmarked by August 27, 2014.  No refunds will be issued after that date.
